Mindalong Heights Bunbury, began in 90's with the Bunbury Council drafting design guidelines to promote a high standard of residential development within the Mindalong Heights area, in accordance with clearly defined boundary's. These included the height, materials and colours of buildings.

MINDALONG HEIGHTS was regarded as Bunbury's first high quality subdivision, developed by the City of Bunbury. Most of the initial development took place on the side of a large hill overlooking the Indian Ocean. It is also home to some of Bunbury's best and also unusual houses, some being designed and constructed to take advantage of the views over the Indian Ocean.

The development is located along far east end of Ocean drive, about 3 kilometers from the Bunbury City centre. Mindalong Heights offers a very quiet, up market lifestyle, with the Indian ocean being only a few minutes walk away.

Mindalong Lookout:
Located on Ocean drive, facing West, the Mindalong Lookout consists of 2 wooden structures that are in shapes of a boats bow. The lookout has magnificent views over the ocean along Bunbury's diverse ocean coastline.
